1. European Taiwanese Conference for Science and Technology (ETCST) 2025 in Dresden

• The venue is determined, 520 EUR over two days
• Jian-Jia will check with the secretary at TU Dresden if it is fine to give the discount
  code out via confirmation letters to participants.
• We may cover the travel expense of invited speakers.
• Several speakers have confirmed; some invitations are pending;
• Registration on the website (Jian-Jia and Kuan-Hsun)
• Poster design (Hsin-Fang)

2. Mentor program registration (19.07.2025)

• Registration on the website by next week (Jian-Jia and Kuan-Hsun)
• Collection of career update from 2024 (Kuan-Hsun)

3. Industrial mentor program

• Jian-Jia and Hsin-Fang will contact someone to initiate the program
• Distribute questionaries to check the preferred venues in the annual conference
